With over fifteen (15) years of experience in the security industry Mr. Ali serves as the organization’s visionary. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School, a Bachelor’s Degree in Science & Engineering from the University of the West Indies and certificates in Security Management. Mr. Ali is actively involved in the day to day operations of UPSL and continues to work toward ensuring that the Company’s Vision is attained with its Core Values being upheld.
Her strong background in the Financial Services Sector and keen attention to detail makes her a tremendous asset to the management of the organization financial and human resources. Mrs. Ali holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and is pursuing her Master’s Degree in the same field. She is also the holder of a Diploma in Human Resource Management. This training and experience is evident by the astute contributions that she makes to the management of UPSL’s HR & Accounts Departments.
Rudy Cassie is the holder of a PhD in Business Administration, and an MBA in the similar field. Mr. Cassie has completed Mediation Studies with University of the West Indies (UWI). He has several years of experience within the Defense Force and public sector security and plays an integral role in UPSL’s operational management.
Promoted through the ranks, Sergeant Marcelle plays a critical role in operations as a primary client liaison and manager of compliance officers. Her firsthand understanding of field dynamics allows her to effectively train teams and ensure officer performance meets UPSL’s stringent standards at every client location.
